Return & Refund Eligibility

Customers have 90 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, purchases are considered final and are no longer eligible for return or refund.

To qualify for a return, refund, or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed
  • The item must be in its original condition, free from damage (including stains, cracks, discoloration, odors, or mold)
  • All original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, manuals, and promotional items (if applicable) must be included
  • Any warranty must remain unactivated, and all related materials must be intact
  • The item must not contain any stored personal data (if applicable)
  • A valid purchase invoice from Bigsheep.shop must be provided

If all conditions are satisfied, the return will be accepted without additional handling fees.

You may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • The item received does not match the product description on our website

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Bigsheep.shop will cover 100% of the return shipping cost and provide either a replacement or a full refund at no additional charge.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@bigsheep.shop within 90 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide the following information:
    • Order number
    • Clear photos of the item and any issues
    • A brief description of the reason for return
  3. Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions
  4. Securely pack the item in its original condition and packaging
  5. Ship the item and share the tracking information with us

Please do not return items without prior authorization, as they may be refused or lost during transit.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and inspected
  • Refunds are typically processed within 2 business days after inspection
